Sports Registration:

If your child is interested in participating in sports at QVMS or QVHS, they will need to register via our electronic records system, Arbiter. 

Additionally, each student will need to complete the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (CIPPE) form, as laid out by the state of Pennsylvania.

All CIPPE paperwork must be completed and uploaded to each student-athlete’s Arbiter profile for approval. This must be completed no later than the deadline for each seasonal registration window in order for your child to be eligible to participate in sports on Day 1 of the desired sport season. Please note that all paperwork must be submitted electronically to Arbiter. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. Account holders will submit Section 6 Physicals and ImPACT tests as file uploads to the website. Otherwise, all paperwork must be completed electronically via Arbiter.

As well as the CIPPE, all student-athletes in required sports must complete an ImPACT Baseline concussion test. Their ImPACT ID and test date must be uploaded to the Arbiter website as a screenshot. REGISTRATION DATES: the following are windows when the registration will be open to access. You can register for any sport during any three of the registration periods, but you must have the registration complete for the desired sport season before the corresponding window closes. 

Fall Window: June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026

Winter Window: October 1, 2026 – November 1, 2026

Spring Window: February 1, 2027 – March 1, 2027

If you register early for a sport, you do NOT have to register again for that sport when the corresponding seasonal window opens, it will already be completed.
