Congratulations to the Boys team for their 68-41 victory

 

Leading the way for the boys with 2 wins each were Clark LaLomia, Winston Clifford, and Elijah Faulkner. Clark took first in both the 1600 and 800 meters. Winston took first in both the 400 meters and high jump with a jump of 5 feet, six inches which ties the 6th best jump in Quaker Valley history. Elijah took first in the 200 meters with a time of 27.2 second which is now 10th best in Quaker Valley history and long jump with a jump of 18 feet 1 inch for the 8th best jump in Quaker Valley history while also placing 3rd in the 100 meters. 

 

Other first-place finishers were:

Nico Cardinale Hurdles

The 1600 relay team of Clark LaLomia, Nico Cardinale, Winston Clifford, and Tomas Puente Teixidor

Reese Fatur Shot Put

Quinn Figley Discus

 

Other point scorers were Tyler Bell (1600 meters), Tomas Puente Teixidor (400 meters), Thomas Debelak (200 meters and Triple Jump), Isaac Penvose (Shot Put and Discus), and Reese Fatur (Discus) 

 

The QV Girls' track team won - 56.5 to South Fayette’s 52.5. Congratulations to the Girls team on their second victory of the season. 

 

Leading the way for the girls with 2 wins was Vanessa Pickett, who took first in the long jump and triple jump. Vanessa's mark in the triple jump tied her with the 10th best jump in Quaker Valley history.

 

Other first-place finishers for the girls were:

Kwilai Karto Hurdles

Zora Washington 100 meters

The 400-relay team of Mia Modrovich, Kwilai Karto, Amelia Pribik, and Zora Washington

Lily Pulkowski Shot Put

Ruby Krotine Discus

 

Other point scorers were Emily Bablak (800 meters), Zora Washington (200 meters), Amelia Pribik (Long Jump), Chloe Hanna (Triple Jump), Kwilai Karto (High Jump), Lily Pulkowski (High Jump and Discus), and Mia Fusco (Shot Put and Discus).
