QVMS SOFTBALL stayed in it until the end, but South Fayette Lions M.S. Softball pulled away late in a 15-5 victory on Thursday.  The game was tied at four with South Fayette Lions M.S. Softball batting in the bottom of the fourth when Jillian drew a walk, scoring one run.

After QVMS SOFTBALL scored one run in the top of the fifth, South Fayette Lions M.S. Softball answered with one of their own.  QVMS SOFTBALL scored when Isabella Jarrett grounded out, scoring one run.  South Fayette Lions M.S. Softball then answered when Emma singled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.

Emma was the winning pitcher for South Fayette Lions M.S. Softball. 

Olivia Hoose started the game for QVMS SOFTBALL. The bulldog went three innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out three

Gianna Goodman went 1-for-2 at the plate to lead QVMS SOFTBALL in hits.  QVMS SOFTBALL was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Gemma Wiegand had the most chances in the field with four.  Donika Keo McClay led QVMS SOFTBALL with four stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with 15 stolen bases.
