Four hits from Natalie DeGori paved the way to victory for QVMS SOFTBALL over Burgettstown MS 16-9 on Wednesday. DeGori tripled in the first, singled in the first, singled in the third, and doubled in the sixth.

QVMS SOFTBALL grabbed an early lead. QVMS SOFTBALL scored on a single by Gianna Goodman, a double by Isabella Jarrett, a triple by DeGori, a single by Olivia Hoose, an error, a single by Donika Keo McClay, and a single by DeGori in the first inning.

Burgettstown MS scored four runs in the fifth inning.

Hoose took the win for QVMS SOFTBALL. The hurler went seven innings, allowing nine runs on 14 hits, striking out ten and walking one.

QVMS SOFTBALL racked up 22 hits in the game. DeGori, Hoose, Goodman, Nora Hammond, Gemma Wiegand, Keo McClay, Jarrett, and Grace Carver each racked up multiple hits for QVMS SOFTBALL. DeGori led QVMS SOFTBALL with four hits in five at bats.
