Our Girls' team finished 7th out of 33 teams. Leading the Boys was PIAA state championship qualifier, Matt Otto, who is a state qualifier technically for the first time this year. Today was an outstanding day for the Quaker Valley High School cross country team. The Girls' team came in 4th out of 24 teams in AA at the invitational as our varsity results are listed below, Anna ran an outstanding race to place 2nd. The Girls' team won the invitational while the Boys came in a close second. Due to this strong performance from both teams, they were able to capture the River Trail Cup as the best-combined performance from both the Boys and Girls teams. Individually, Anna Cohen won the Girls Varsity race while Matt Otto won the Boys Varsity race. The majority of our team set new personal records yesterday as we are so pleased with their efforts.
